Ridgefield Park, New Jersey (January 6, 2009) – Samsung Electronic Imaging Division (www.SamsungPresenterUSA.com), a market leader in document camera technology, today announced that it will no longer operate under the original U.S.A. company''s name of Samsung Opto-Electronics. "The name change better defines our alignment with our parent company in South Korea, Samsung Techwin Co., Ltd., which has a rich history of developing premiere electronics," said Richard Bellomy, V.P. of Sales for the Electronic Imaging Division. "The products developed by Samsung Techwin for both the Electronic Imaging and our new CCTV Division have been designed using superior optics and digital imaging technology based on over 30 years of engineering experience."
