All requests for service on Samsung Document Cameras are initiated online. Please click on the Customer Service link at the top of this page and follow the instructions to become a member and apply for the Repair Request. An Online Ticket Number is required prior to returning the item to one of Samsung's Repair Centers. This return number will be generated once the request has been submitted.
