1. Samsung's line of analog and digital presenters are guaranteed for a period of three to five years from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials based on the following models:
SVP-5300, SDP-850, SDP-850DX, SDP-860 - 5 Years
UF80ST/DX, SDP-950STA/DXA, SDP-900DXA, SDP-6500DXA, UF130ST/DX - 3 Years
This warranty is valid only on Samsung Techwin America products and it shall be limited to repair and/or adjustment. Exceptions to this warranty are noted below.
2. When service is required, the appropriate three or five year warranty is validated via SamsungĄ¯s online submission process. The system will automatically determine if a unit is in warranty based on the serial number. Samsung allows a two month grace period in addition to the standard warranty period. Charges will apply if the unit is outside the warranty period.
3. Any alteration to the serial number or removal of the serial number will void the warranty.
4. Service will be performed by the Samsung Techwin America service agents as outlined in the online submission process.
5. This warranty becomes void if there is any malfunction, defect, or failure caused by or resulting from the evidence of impact, mishandling, tampering, use contrary to the applicable instruction manual, incorrect power line voltage, fire, flood, or other Acts of God, shipping damage or damage resulting from repairs performed by unauthorized personnel. Routine clearing, normal cosmetic and mechanical wear and tear are not covered under the terms of this warranty.
6. Supplies used with the product, such as batteries, cables, soft covers, or any other accessories, are not covered by this warranty. Lamps and power supplies are covered under warranty.
7. The warranty expressly provided herein is the sole warranty provided in connection with the product itself and no other warranty, expressed or implied, is provided. Samsung assumes no responsibilities for any other claims not specifically mentioned in this warranty.
8. This warranty does not cover any postal cost, insurance and any other incidental charges.
9. When returning the product for warranty service, please pack it carefully, insure the product, and enclose the online ticket number generated by the web site. Samsung is not responsible for any damage to the product during inbound shipping.
10. Customer is responsible for inbound shipping costs. Samsung is responsible for outbound shipping costs.
11. This warranty card cannot be re-issued.
